vanilla massage oil

I am mixing up a yummy smelling massage oil right now, olive oil with some natural vanilla extract. It smells sooooo good, and I'm sure it will feel good too! I'm going to try it out right now.

Tip: this could very easily turn into an edible recipe that you could lick off for some extra fun by mixing in some honey.
Energizing, Invorating Massage Oil

I use olive or almond oil and a few drops of peppermint oil. You can add more peppermint oil to suit your preference but be careful as it is very strong. I recommend leaving it sit for a few hours, giving it a shake or two every so often and then check it, if you still find it weak in scent for your liking then add one extra at a time in the same manner until it suit you. Then it's ready to go, Enjoy! Tip: Great to prevent and treat running and exercise soreness.
